2. About Diverzos

Diverzos is a United States-based online business offering custom-made and personalized physical products, including but not limited to mugs, tumblers, apparel, keychains, accessories, and specialty gift items. We also offer downloadable digital design files for personal and limited small business use.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized products are made-to-order specifically based on the information provided at checkout.

  • Customers are solely responsible for verifying spelling, names, dates, colors, and design details before submitting an order.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom items are final sale unless defective due to our error.

4. Digital Products – No Refund Policy

  • All digital products are delivered electronically.
  • Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final.
  • Digital designs are licensed for personal use and small business production (up to 100 physical end products).
  • Reselling, redistributing, altering for resale, or claiming ownership of our designs is strictly prohibited.

5. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page.
  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Diverzos is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs issues, or unforeseen shipping interruptions.
  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Defective Items

  • Digital products are non-refundable.
  • Custom products may only be replaced if defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photographic evidence.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet our criteria.

7. Payment & Fraud Protection

All payments must be completed at checkout using approved payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Fraudulent chargebacks or false disputes may result in collection actions and reporting to payment processors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, branding elements, digital files, and product concepts are the exclusive property of Diverzos and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Diverzos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diverzos from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
