2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Digital Products

  • Digital designs are delivered in PNG format via download.
  • For personal and small business use only (up to 100 physical products).
  • Do not resell, share, or claim our designs as your own.
  • No refunds on digital items once downloaded.

4. Physical Products

  • All items are made-to-order. Processing time is listed on each product page.
  • We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays.
  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

5. Payments

We accept secure payments via PayPal. Prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full at checkout.

6. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
  • Shipping time and cost may vary depending on location.
  • Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping info.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Digital products are non-refundable.
  • Physical products can only be returned or exchanged if defective or incorrect.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for return requests.

All content, designs, and branding on Diverzos.com are the property of Diverzos. Do not copy, resell, or use without written permission.
