At Diverzos, we take pride in creating unique, custom, and personalized products. Because many of our items are made specifically for each customer, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our small business. By placing an order through Diverzos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined below.

1. Custom and Personalized Products
The majority of products offered by Diverzos are customized or personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of these products:
- Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.
- Customers acknowledge that personalized products cannot be resold or reused by Diverzos.
- By placing an order, customers accept full responsibility for the personalization details they submit.
2. Customer Responsibility for Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details submitted with their order are accurate, including but not limited to:
- Spelling and grammar
- Names or personalized text
- Color selections
- Design selections
- Shipping address information
Diverzos is not responsible for mistakes provided by the customer during the ordering process. Orders that contain incorrect information submitted by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on the part of Diverzos, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must provide the following:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A detailed description of the issue
Diverzos reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution. Possible resolutions may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund (in rare circumstances)
Diverzos may request additional information or evidence before issuing any resolution.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items used, worn, or altered after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Digital or downloadable products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or discounted products
- Items returned without authorization
- Items returned outside the allowed return window
5. Return Authorization Requirement
Returns must be approved by Diverzos before any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Customers must contact Diverzos prior to sending any item back to receive return instructions.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the return is due to an error by Diverzos, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Diverzos is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping. Customers are encouraged to use tracked and insured shipping methods when returning items.
7. Shipping Delays and Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on shipping carriers. Diverzos is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Postal service delays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Events outside of our control
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery-related concerns.
8. Refused, Undeliverable, or Incorrect Address Orders
If an order is returned due to refusal, an incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Diverzos is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided during checkout.
9. Fraud Prevention and Abuse of Policy
Diverzos reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or returns in cases where fraudulent activity or abuse of the return policy is suspected.
This includes but is not limited to:
- False damage claims
- Repeated refund requests
- Evidence of product use after delivery
- Chargeback abuse
- Attempted policy manipulation
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact Diverzos directly to resolve any issues before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting documentation including order records, shipping confirmation, and communication history.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diverzos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or inability to use products purchased through our website.
12. Policy Updates
Diverzos reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
